PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windrow-snow removing device of a snow-removing vehicle and a trailer for windrow snow removal, which can make snow removal work efficient in a predetermined section in an entrance/exist of an expressway and the like, which can restrain snow from remaining after removal, and which can cope with an ample amount of snow to be removed without destructing safety during traveling. SOLUTION: This windrow-snow removing device includes: a back plow 1 which is arranged in the rear of the snow-removing vehicle T, and which has a side plate 11 provided in an L-shape at one side end; a joint section 2 which connects the back plow 1 to the snow-removing vehicle T, and which is equipped with an angling mechanism 21 for adjusting a plow propulsion angle of the back plow 1; a guide plow 3 which is rotatably connected to the other-side lateral end of the back plow 1; and a folding mechanism which is interposed between the guide plow 3 and the back plow 1 so as to enable the operation of folding/unfolding the guide plow 3 with respect the back plow 1.
