PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that platinum is expensive because of its rarity, and platinum has large specific gravity (specific gravity of 21.4), and accordingly, when platinum is used for a chain for a jewelry such as a necklace, the whole weight increases and the necessity for limiting a size of the top arises. SOLUTION: A palladium alloy is prepared which includes 95.0 mass% palladium, 1.0 mass% platinum and 4.0 mass% ruthenium, and which is lightweight and inexpensive; and is used as a raw material for a jewelry and an accessory such as the necklace, a ring, pierced earrings and an eyeglass frame.
