PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable warmer with a bag part, which is capable of being easily contacted to a part of a body and repeatedly detached/attached without any trouble even after once used. SOLUTION: A bag part comprises one or a plurality of belt part(s) that is (are) seamed or attached to an upper surface of a warming mat part. Just inserting the part of the body such as an end of a hand, foot or the like into the bag part allows the warming mat part to be contacted to the part of the body and a user to feel warmth of the warming mat part, which does not require the user to keep gripping the warming mat part so that the user's hand could not be tired, and also does not require a belt, band, double-faced tape, adhesive agent or the like to keep the warming mat part for the purpose of being contacted to the body, therefore it can easily and repeatedly be detached/attached even after once used.
