PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that: food safety has been demanded among others in view of producing-district-disguise problems including the Chinese's jiao-zi case recently, and food safety has become a crucial problem to be solved; however, the Japanese self-supply ratio of food is at about 40% except rice production's oversupply tendency. SOLUTION: A simple corbicula production means is provided technically by effectively utilizing idle lakes and marshes seen everywhere in Japan, for the purpose of easily eating Corbicula japonica as a daily dish, a limited producing-district specialty despite being a high-quality protein resource.
