PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a taste flavor that has new and strong aroma and taste not expressed by a conventional technique and significantly stimulates palatability of a consumer. SOLUTION: An aroma component is recovered from a material for a tasty beverage by a gas-liquid countercurrent catalytic distillation method, a taste extract is obtained from a liquid or slurry residue of a material after the recovery, then the aroma component and a taste component in the taste extract are adsorbed on a synthetic adsorbent and desorbed by a solvent to prepare the taste flavor.
