PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and inexpensive interior panel, which can be easily formed without restriction of a construction site or special need of an adhesive or fixing member in assembling process by facilitating sticking of a wall finishing material to a wall surface in the construction site. SOLUTION: The interior panel 10 has a multilayer structure including a metal plate 12, a filler 13 laminated on one side of the metal plate and a surface material 11 laminated on the filler. A part of a folding allowance 14 including the outermost edge side of the metal plate and a folding allowance 16 including a biting allowance 17 of the surface material are folded at 90° or more toward the side opposite to the surface material of the metal plate. A part of the biting allowance on the outermost edge side of the surface material is inserted and fixed to a folded groove 15 formed by the side opposite to the surface material of the metal plate and the folding allowance of the metal plate to enclose the filler 13 by the surface material 11 and the metal plate 12. The metal plate 12 is preferably swollen to the surface material side, and an embossed reinforcing bar 24 is preferably formed inside a part surrounded by the four folding margins 14 of the metal plate.
