The device has a driver (15) that is firmly arranged at a gear wheel (10) and rests against a stop surface (16) formed at a stop lever (11) i.e. crank lever, when a plunger (5) is present in a zero point position. The driver is removed from the surface during displacing the plunger into its opening position. The plunger is displaced until a stop in its locking position while the driver pivots a tension spring (12) against an elastic force when the wheel, the stop lever and the plunger remain in its position. Length of a connecting rod (6) is adjustable.
