METHOD TO UPDATE DIGITAL MAP

PURPOSE: A method for processing geodetic data for confirming whether a route between two points is changed or not using GPS information is provided to measure a distance of a route and to reduce an error rate about the distance measurement. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing geodetic data for confirming whether a route between two points is changed or not using GPS information is as follows. Map information with current position information is displayed on a touch screen panel(220) of a terminal device(200) using a GPS sensor(GS). A starting position and an ending position are input through the touch screen panel. Routes from the starting point to the ending point are displayed on the touch screen panel. One route is selected through the touch screen panel. A first vehicle moving distance from the starting point to the ending point of the selected route is measured.
