PURPOSE: A multi recognition touch panel and a display device applied the same are provided to recognize a touch of a user through a plurality of cameras, thereby realizing the multi recognition of a touch. CONSTITUTION: A touch panel(100) includes a touch pad(170), and one or more IR(Infrared Ray) resources(130) and a camera array(110). The touch pad has an input side. The touch of user is inputted to an input side. One or more IF resources examine IR light in the touch pad. The camera array is prepared in the lower part of the touch pad. The camera array includes a plurality of IF cameras(112). Infrared cameras are arranged to incline against the input side.
