PURPOSE: A zirconia implant abutment is provided, which prevents an abutment from being released and improves aesthetic effect. CONSTITUTION: A zirconia implant abutment comprises: an artificial tooth root(10) which is fixed to the alveolar bone in a screw-type; an abutment(20) which is combined with the upper side of the artificial tooth root and in which the boundary surface is covered with dental implant; a link member(40) which is located between the artificial tooth root and abutment and buffers the external load; and a fixing member(50) preventing the movement of the abutment by fixing the abutment and link member.
