PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a conversional sheet-pad and the sheet pad are provided to confirm a pattern which is printed on the uppermost pad of a sheet-pad without the supply of separate power. CONSTITUTION: Flexible printed circuit boards and light emitting diodes are attached on one side of waveguide sheets(10, 20, 30). The Waveguide sheets include different shapes and patterns including numbers, symbols, and characters are formed into an integrated shape using an adhesion material. The light emitting diodes radiate white light and colored light toward the waveguide sheets.
