PURPOSE: A device and method for manufacturing a flexible interlock hose capable of preventing the leakage of exhaust gas are provided to prevent the releasing of the winded part of a product and to reduce gas flow resistance. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a flexible interlock hose comprises a banding molding unit(100) and a winding unit(200). The banding molding unit has first to seventh banding rollers(111,114). A concavo-convex part for processing gradually banding treatment is formed on the outer circumference of the rollers. The lower banding rollers of the first to seventh rollers have a powder clutch(140). The powder clutch unites supporting shafts using a joint gear.
