<p>The connection cable has an electrical conductor (14) for transmission of an ignition voltage. An insulation layer (16,18) is provided with an ignition cable (10) at a part of the lateral surface of the conductor. An electrical conducting contact element (12) is provided for generation of electric connection between the ignition cable and a spark plug. The ignition cable is stripped at the end, and is contacted with the contact element.</p>
