PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing stamp is provided to form various pattern on a surface of stamp easily and concisely, thereby manufacturing the stamp of high level material having creative sensuousness. CONSTITUTION: The wood pieces(11) of the each different kind is putted over another and is mounted. The wood pieces are located to be tangled and adhered closely each other is combined closely to each other by spraying the adhesive on a contact surface. An imprint unit(12) determines the surface of the combined wood pieces with perpendicularity and horizontal direction in order to have circular or the rectangular type and is formed. A lid(20) covers the top of imprint in order to protect imprint unit.
