PURPOSE: A compound for organic electric device and a terminal using the same are provided to lower driving voltage of the device and to improve optical efficiency, lifetime and stability. CONSTITUTION: A compound having a derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. An organic electric device contains one or more organic layers containing the compound. The organic electric device is an organic electro luminescence device having a first electrode, organic layer and second electrode. A terminal comprises a display device having the organic electric device and a controller which drives the display device.
