PURPOSE: A sound absorbing panel for construction is provided to improve workability and to reinforce insulation properties and adhesive strength. CONSTITUTION: A sound absorbing panel(100) for construction comprises a lower base layer(10), heat insulation members(20), a heat insulation layer(30), an upper base layer(40), and a coupling sheet(50). The lower base layer has multiple opening holes(14) for absorbing noise from outside. The heat insulation members are made of polyester fiber or glass wool, and polyurethane sponge. The heat insulation layer is formed by spreading polyurethane foam on a polyol mixture. The upper base layer is placed on the top of the heat insulation layer. The coupling sheet is made of a thermoplastic polyolefin series elastomer copolymer.
