PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire for a heavy load is provided to effectively reduce the abnormal abrasion from the shoulder of a tire and to enhance the drain performance and the riding comfort. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire(1) for a heavy load comprises a central block(CB), middle blocks(MB) and a shoulder block(SB). The center block is extended along the circumference from the central part of the tire width. The middle blocks are respectively formed on both sides of the tire width by the longitudinal groove from the center block. The middle block is extended along the tire circumference. The shoulder block is formed on the outer width by the longitudinal groove from each middle block. The shoulder block is extended along the tire circumference. A semi longitudinal groove(SG) is formed on the central part of the center block along the tire circumference.
