PURPOSE: A cleaning robot for a suspended insulator installed on the super-high pressure line, capable of the automatic cleaning, is provided to prevent the disconnection of a line by preventing the dielectric breakdown of an insulator due to dust or impurities. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning robot for a suspended insulator comprises a guide rail(6) of a semicircular arc-shaped body wings(2), a pair of connection rods, a plurality of frames, a plurality of moving saw-toothed wheels(5), a semi-circular guide rail, a rack gear(13), brush wings, a brush, a brush moving motor(10). A pair of main body wings is installed apart from the main body wing. The frames are installed across the main body wing. The rack gear is moved along the arc of the guide rail.
