PURPOSE: An extremely low liquid storage tank and a ship with the same are provided to obtain high insulating effect since a weaving layer has a porous structure. CONSTITUTION: An extremely low liquid storage tank comprises an inner layer(357), a weaving layer(359) and an outer layer(358). The inner layer comprises a space, in which the extremely low liquid is held. The weaving layer covers the outside of the inner layer. The outer layer covers the outside of the weaving layer. The weaving layer is formed as a plurality of wires, which are weaved as a porous plate shape. The inner layer, the weaving layer and the outer layer are bonded one another. The inner layer, the weaving layer and the outer layer are bonded by the brazing.
