PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing cancer using a peptide is provided to quantitatively analyze specific peptide and to quickly and simply diagnose cancer from a sample. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a marker for diagnosing cancer comprises: a step of isolating total protein from a sample of a patient with cancer; a step of purifying using a column for removing massive protein; a step of treating the protein with hydrolyase; a step of mass-analyzing hydrolyzed peptide mixture; a step of searching significant change of the amount comparing with a control group; and a step of identifying whether the peptide is derived from glycoprotein.
