PURPOSE: An apparatus for applying solution is provided to prevent loss of solution and change of the solution. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for applying solution comprises: a container(110) for containing solution; a brush(120) which has one end placed at a position of facing the thermal and discharge solution from the container; a penetrated brush shaft(130) which is able to insert the brush; a cap settle member(140) which is formed between the container and brush shift.
