PURPOSE: An optical system for resin spots configuration of a color filter and a configuration method using the same are provided to reduce defective inspection time and costs of a resin spot on a color filter surface. CONSTITUTION: A halogen line lighting member(130) performs line lighting on the surface of a color filter(200), and a control unit(150) manages photographed output data of a resin line area and the input data of the line lighting member and a spectroscopic camera. The control unit controls a prism and a spectroscope, and the spectroscopic camera maintains 90° from the horizontal axis of a glass(300).
