PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display module and a portable phone having the same are provided to prevent the collision between a mold frame and an LCD panel by keeping a certain gap between the lower end wall of the LCD panel and the inner wall of the mold frame. CONSTITUTION: A mold frame(50) supports an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel(30), and an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)(70) is electrically connected to a drive chip(35). The one region of the FPCB is attached to the lower portion of the front plane of the LCD panel, and an up/down gap keeping unit(80) is extended from the both ends of the FPCB. The up/down gap keeping unit maintains the gap between a lower end wall of the LCD panel and the inner wall of the mold frame. |
