PURPOSE: A method for implementing a programming operating in a semiconductor device is provided to improve the integrity of the semiconductor device by eliminating a cell-junction region. CONSTITUTION: A memory cell array(210) comprises memory cells for storing data. A row decoder(220) selects corresponding word-line(WL) in response to row address. A page buffering part(230) comprises a plurality of page buffers. A column decoder(240) transmits and receives the data of corresponding bit-line(BL) in response to column address. A voltage supplying part(250) generates an operational voltage applied to the selected word-lines. |
