WIDE-BAND LOW NOISE AMPLIFIER USING DUAL-FEEDBACK

PURPOSE: A wideband low noise amplifier including a dual-feedback structure is provided to use a non-linear offset by the dual feedback of a negative feedback and a positive feedback and a bias regulation. CONSTITUTION: A first amplifying part(100) includes an amplifying circuit part(110) and a negative feedback circuit part(120). An amplifying circuit part amplifies an input signal. The negative feedback circuit part is in connection between the first output terminal and the input terminal of the amplifying circuit part. A second amplifying part(200) amplifies the outputted signal of the first amplifying part and outputs the amplified signal through a second output terminal. A positive feed circuit part(300) is in connection between the second output terminal of the second amplifying part and the first output terminal of the amplifying circuit part.
