PURPOSE: A command processing method of a nonvolatile memory-based storage unit capable of interfacing with a host by a serial interface protocol is provided to perform recognition and process of a command by bitmap table interrupt method. CONSTITUTION: A device sets a bit corresponding to a first command in a first bitmap table by responding to a first command(S130). The device stores information about the first command to a first memory(S140). By responding to a generated command interrupt, the device recognizes the first command(S170,S180). The device performs the first command. The device resets the bit corresponding to the first command to the first bitmap table(S190).
