PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a semiconductor substrate, in which disturbance electromag netic waves from MHz band up to GHz band can be absorbed with satisfactory efficiency, which can display an electromagnetic-wave absorption effects when divided into individual semiconductor elements and which is superior in mass- productivity of the semiconductor elements with measures taken against noise. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor substrate 101, in which magnetic loss members 2 are formed in the inside, the members 2 are formed in a prescribed pattern near the surface on one side, and the members 2 and a semiconductor- substrate region on the surface are covered uniformly with an insulating film 3. |
