PURPOSE: An apparatus of indirect heating mode for culturing anaerobic, aerobic and photosynthetic microorganism is provided to maintain temperature without damage to microorganism. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(10) of indirect heating mode for culturing microorganism comprises: a culture bath(11) filled with culture medium; a water tank which is divided with inner space of the culture bath; a heater for heating culture medium at predetermined temperature; a sterilizing unit which is connected to the water tank and sprays steam to the inner space of the culture bath; a stirring unit which circulates culture medium; an air supply for providing air to the culture medium; and a lamp unit(83) for irradiating light to the inside of the culture bath.
