PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a three-dimensional molded product having a cured coating film excellent in surface smoothness and having good appearance by using a proper masking film in manufacturing the three-dimensional molded product having the cured coating film on its surface by a post-curing technique. SOLUTION: After the surface of a synthetic resin decorative sheet is coated with ultraviolet-curable resin coating, a mold release film is laminated on the formed coating film and, after the formed coating film is next bonded to a three-dimensional base material film by vacuum forming, air-pressure forming, membrane press molding and the like, it is irradiated with ultraviolet rays to be cured and the mold release film is peeled finally to manufacturing the three-dimensional molded product having the ultraviolet-cured resin coating film on its surface. The mold release film is a composite film with the total thickness of 20-100μm obtained by laminating an outer layer comprising an amorphous or low crystalline polyester resin and an inner layer with a thickness of 3-15μm comprising a crystalline polybutylene terephthalate resin.
