The device (100) has a profile strip (2) comprising a mounting channel connected within an edge of a panel by an adhesive (3). The profile strip comprises an anchor channel that is connected by a through slot to the mounting channel. The introduced adhesive penetrates into the anchor channel using a separation profile (1) that is provided with window openings (14). The separation profile separates a middle part of a back element and two side parts of two side elements of the profile strip from the panel.
