PURPOSE: A water-purifying concrete block composition, a manufacturing method of a water-purifying concrete block using thereof, and the water-purifying concrete block are provided to reduce the toxicity of cement, and to secure the excellent water quality purification effect. CONSTITUTION: A water-purifying concrete block composition contains 75~79wt% of aggregate, 15.9~16.6wt% of binder, 0.08~0.09wt% of admixture, 1.31~8.92wt% of water, and 0.2~3wt% of chlorella culture fluid. A manufacturing method of a water-purifying concrete block comprises a step of inserting the water-purifying concrete block composition to a mold and vibrate-molding the block, a step of curing the composition, and a step of separating the mold.
