The device has an opening closing part (3) made of polyamide, where the closing part includes a tubular part introduced in an opening e.g. cataphoresis exhaust opening. A closing wall closes the tubular part, and an exterior surface (4) of the opening closing part and a surrounding sheet zone are covered by an anti-gritting product layer (5). Embossed elements (11) are distributed on the exterior surface that is covered by the anti-gritting product layer. The embossed elements ensure mechanical hooking of the layer.
