COLOR RIBBONS USED FOR SOLAR CELL MODULES AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A color ribbon for a solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the uniformity of a plating layer by executing a tear down method coating mask processing process in a connection ribbon junction part. CONSTITUTION: A body part(110) is formed into a band type by rolling a copper wire. A junction part(130) is formed in one part of the body part. The junction part is combined with the electrode wire of the solar cell. A first UV ink coating layer(142) and a second UV ink coating layer are formed on the surface of an exposure part(140). A tear-down method plating layer(150) is formed on the junction part.
