PURPOSE: A decorating sheet for a vehicle handle cover and a manufacturing method thereof are intended to add an acupressure function to the surface of the decorating sheet and to enable the added acupressure function to be maintained for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A decorating sheet for a vehicle handle cover comprises a pad(100), a plurality of acupressure units(200) and a plurality of containers. The pad covers the outer surface of the ring member of the vehicle handle cover. The acupressure units are fixed to the pad at intervals. The acupressure unit comprises a space, which is formed so that the top is open. The containers are integrally fixed to the pad by threads. A finishing material closes the space of the container. The container comprises a penetration hole, through which the threads can pass, on the lower center of a body.
