PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain having a large specific dielectric constant and good temperature characteristics and DC bias characteristics of the specific dielectric constant, and capable of improving the breakdown voltage of the dielectric porcelain even when the thickness of the layer is reduced, and to provide a laminated electronic part and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The dielectric porcelain comprises perovskite-type barium titanate crystal grains in which a part of A-site is substituted with Ca (BCT-type crystal grains) and perovskite-type barium titanate crystal grains which do not contain substituted Ca (BT-type crystal grains). The BT-type crystal grains have a smaller average particle size than that of the BCT-type crystal grains. Mg and Mn present over the whole area of the BT-type crystal grains. The surface of the BT-type crystal grains has a coated layer comprised of a composite oxide containing alkaline-earth elements, rare-earth elements and Si. The BCT-type crystal grains have a core-shell structure. |
