<p>The device has a tilting element (1) and a counter-element (21) with magnetic elements (2, 22) e.g. permanent magnet or electromagnet. The tilting element and the counter-element are moved relative to each other so that the tilting element and the counter-element are brought into a secure position. The tilting element has a cover plate (3) made of non-magnetic material e.g. plastic, corrosion-resistant metal or metal alloy such as steel, chrome steel, and aligned with a floor surface (13) of a fixed structure, where thickness of the cover plate projects over the surface of the structure.</p> |
