PURPOSE: A soft ice-cream manufacturing apparatus and a method thereof are provided to manufacture a soft ice-cream which has a uniform quality by maintaining the same condition ice quality corresponding to an ice-cream product. CONSTITUTION: A detecting part(30) detects the voltage and current of power supplied to a dasher part(100). A conversion part(40,45) supplies a voltage and a current which are detected from the detecting part after converting them to be recognizable. A control part(50) controls the operation of the dasher part and a freezing part according to the power consumption of the dasher part. The control part has a control function that stops the operation of the dasher part and the freezing part when the current of the dasher part increases over a preset current. |
