PURPOSE: A non-metallic expansion joint molding tube, capable of the reduction of weight, is provided to effectively bend a flange by forming an expansion space for the expansion of the elastic tube inside an upper mold. CONSTITUTION: A non-metallic expansion joint molding tube comprises a center mold(10), upper and lower molds, a molded tube(300) and a cover block(20). The center mold has a forming space and flange forming grooves(14). A pre-form is inserted into the forming space. The upper and lower molds cover up the top and bottom of the center mold. The pre-form is inserted in the center mold. An air supply flow path of the cover block injects air into the molded tube. An expanding part is formed in the center of the pre-form.
