PURPOSE: An eccentricity cylindrical disk valve is provided to facilitate the opening and closing operation of a valve and improve durability, thereby extending service life. CONSTITUTION: An eccentricity cylindrical disk valve comprises a body and a cylindrical body disc(6). An inlet port(1) and an outlet port(2) are formed on both sides of a body. The cylindrical body disc is supported by a rotary shaft(4) and comprises a water-feeding hole(5). The water-feeding hole controls the inlet port and the outlet port. A body sheet is projected along the inner end of the inlet port. A disk sheet is formed on the outer circumference of a cylindrical body disc.
