PURPOSE: A radio frequency receiver preventing loss of data of DC and a radio frequency receiving method using the same are provided to compensate the reference voltage of an RF tuner and an analog digital conversion circuit to a specific level. CONSTITUTION: A common mode voltage adjusting unit(20) converts a first base band signal into a second baseband signal. An analog digital converting circuit(30) converts the second baseband signal into the digital base band signal. A baseband processor(40) processes the digital base band signal. The baseband processor offers the common-mode voltage conditioning signal to the common-mode voltage.
