PURPOSE: A shell-less hygienic eggs vacuum packaged with various additives is provided to be sanitary, have plentiful nutrition and be treated conveniently. CONSTITUTION: Eggs are frozen, and a shell is removed from the egg by applying pressure and frictional force to the surface of shell by using liquid. Various additives such as flavors, ham and vegetables are added to the eggs and be vacuum packed. In order to easily open the contents when completing the cooking of the eggs, a cut-out line is formed at the center line of the egg. |
