PURPOSE: An apparatus for experiencing scaffold upsetting of a construction field is provided to prevent an accident by repeating a scaffold upsetting. CONSTITUTION: A human body sensor(200) is installed in a safety guard rail. A controller(210) outputs a cylinder rod elongation driving signal if a signal from a human body sensor is received, and outputs a cylinder rod compression driving signal after the preset time elapse. A cylinder driver(230) drives the cylinder by the driving signal of the controller.
