MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NAFION NANOFIBERS USING DOUBLE NOZZLE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing nafion nanofibers using a double nozzle is provided to continuously spin a nafion solution, which disables electric spinning, by using a double nozzle. CONSTITUTION: Through electrospray, a nafion solution is formed in the liquid of nano size or is spun in bundle type. The nafion solution is discharged from an internal nozzle of a double nozzle. A polymer solution of electrospinning properties is discharged from an external nozzle, and a nafion nano fiber having a core-shell structure is fabricated. The concentration of the nafion solution is 1-30wt%.
