PURPOSE: A blood collecting device is provided to prevent the infection of a user due to germs by executing the separation work of a lancet through a removal button. CONSTITUTION: An inner cover(2) includes a first cover body and a second cover body. A loading body(3) includes a lancet fixture and an extending bar. The lancet fixture is arranged in the inner cover. The extending bar is projected from one side of the lancet fixture. A first elastomer(4) supplies outburst strength to the loading body. A second elastomer(5) is arranged in the second working chamber of the inner cover. One end of a load button is stored in the second working chamber of the inner cover in order to be contacted with the different end of the second elastomer. A seizure button is arranged in the inner cover. An outer cover stores the inner cover.
