COMPOSITION FOR ACARICIDE AGAINST AND REPELLENT TO TETRANYCHUS URTICAE, COMPRISING SANDALWOOD OIL OR α, β-SANTALOL

PURPOSE: A novel natural peticide is provided to ensure acaricidal and repelling effects and to suppress oviposition. CONSTITUTION: A composition of acaricide or repellent against tetranychus urticae contains sandalwood oil as an active ingredient. The sandalwood oil contains alpha-santalol and beta-santalol. A composition for acaricide or repellent against Tetranychus urticae contains mixture of alpha-santalol and beta-santalol as an active ingredient.
