PURPOSE: A jig for a flexible printed circuit board and a component mounting method using the same are provided to easily fix and separate a flexible circuit board by attaching the part of the flexible circuit board to an adhesive strip. CONSTITUTION: A plate(100) has a first area(110) and a second area(120). A flexible printed circuit board is mounted on the first and second areas. A first penetration hole is formed on the first area to be extended in a first direction. A second penetration hole is formed on the second area to be extended in the first direction. A first hole is formed on the first area to be connected to a first check of the flexible circuit board. A second hole is formed on the second region to be connected to the first check hole of the flexible circuit board. An adhesive strip(200) is extend in the first direction to pass through the first and second areas.
