ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the non-uniformity of brightness and reduce a driving voltage by connecting a bus electrode to a top electrode after exposing the bus electrode using a laser. CONSTITUTION: A transistor(T) is formed on a substrate(110). A bottom electrode(117) is formed on the insulation layer to be connected to the source or drain of a transistor. A bank layer(118) is formed on the bottom electrode to have an opening which expose the part of the bottom electrode. A bus electrode(119) is formed on the bank layer. An organic light emitting layer(120) is formed to cover the bottom electrode, the bank layer, and the bus electrode. A top electrode is formed on the organic light emitting layer.
