ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE, METHOD FOR FORMING NANA CONDUCTIVE PATTERN AND METHOD FOR PACKAGING ELECTRONIC PARTS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive adhesive, a formation method of a nana conductive pattern using thereof, and a packaging method of an electronic component are provided to form a nano-scale fine pattern on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive adhesive(1) contains a conductive particle(2) with the particle size of 1nanometer~30 microns, and a polymer(3) with the hardening temperature lower than the melting point of the conductive particle. A formation method of a nana conductive pattern using the adhesive comprises the following steps: locating the anisotropic conductive adhesive on the surface of a substrate with a wetting region; heating the adhesive to form a conductive layer; and heating the conductive layer higher than the hardening temperature to cure the polymer.
