PURPOSE: Polysulfone cross-linked with a dicarbonyl group, a producing method thereof, a polymer electrolyte film using thereof, and a fuel cell including thereof are provided to secure the excellent tensile strength and dimensional stability at the high temperature. CONSTITUTION: Polysulfone cross-linked with a dicarbonyl group is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, Y is a single bond, -S-, -O-, or -S(=O)2-. Z is a cation exchanger, or its metal salt group selected from the group consisting a sulfonic acid group, a phosphate group, a carboxylic acid, a sulfonamide group, and a C1~C10 alkylsulfone acid group.
