ANTI-FOULING PAINT COMPOSITION FOR ANTI-DIRTINESS OF ATTACHED MARINE ORGANISM USING WOOD-TAR AND METHOD OF ANTI-FOULING PAINTING FOR VESSEL AND MARINE IRON CONSTRUCTION USING THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE: An antifouling paint composition, a ship using thereof, and an anti-fouling method of a marine steel structure are provided to prevent the environmental contamination, and to secure the excellent mothproofing property and deodorization effect. CONSTITUTION: An antifouling paint composition for preventing the adhesion of marine organisms using wood tar contains at least on compound from illite or zeolite, the wood tar, a silicate based resin, zinc powder, a thickener, and a synthetic resin. The wood tar is formed with 10~30wt% of needle-leaf tree tar, 30~50wt% of broad-leaf tree tar, and 40~60wt% of lacquer tar. The thickener includes silica, and has the particle size of 1~5 microns.
